For nearly 30 years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, communication, change, and people development. My corporate career took me from communications roles to the executive table, where I led global teams, large-scale transformation initiatives, and strategic communication programs across multiple countries and cultures.
Throughout this journey, I gained first-hand insight into what enables people and organizations to thrive—and what often gets in the way. Miscommunication, unclear expectations, siloed thinking, and underutilized talent can significantly impact engagement, collaboration, and performance.
